Dennis, think about it this way. Romney will pursue an agenda almost identical to Obama's. For instance, Obamacare and Romneycare are almost identical. If Obama were to be re-elected with a GOP congress, gridlock would likely ensue, which would be a wonderful thing. If Romney were to win with a GOP congress, those same damn bills would sail through a GOP congress because it's pushed by a GOP presidency.
Romney is a worst case scenario for any real fiscal conservative IMO.

Wait till all the hand wringers explain to us simpletons that the poll doesn't have any real meaning. After all, if you take Paul out of the equation, the rightful candidate to tie Romney would be Santorum!
