How do you define if your holding a grudge or just aware of the individual personality??? There is few folks I wouldn’t piss down there throat if there guts on fire. Is that a grudge or just aware??

Well I have to admit that trying to stay physically fit, eat healthy, etc is based on my desire to outlive my 'x'. Can't say it's spite, but I'm definitely looking forward to attending her funeral
For me…….call it a grudge or righteous indignation either way it’s best left to those better equipped to deal with it. I have far more important things to deal with in my life and letting some fool take up residence in my head ain’t gonna happen.

Yep, do not hold grudges but do not have a problem with cutting folks out of my life when necessary. Spent way too much time dealing with self absorbed jerks in my life and refuse to do that anymore.
Correct. The opposite of a grudge isn't necessarily becoming friends with them lol. Omitting them is perfectly acceptable.
I may have said this here before but it’s appropriate. Mama used to have a saying “life’s too short to dance with an ugly man.” I only have so many minutes on this planet and I’m not going to spend any of that time letting someone else bring me down.
