Nothing illegal about a ghillie suit. as long as you're wearing the required orange head covering and vest. but then, what's the point?

IIRC it specifically states a head covering and outer garment.

It also states:
Camouflage hunter orange is legal as long as there is at least 400 square inches of hunter orange.

So as long as his head piece and upper body piece has this requirement it should be fine.

Chances are, no one is going to see movement in a ground blind, think its a deer, and blow your face off. Might happen in a G suit.
