Nope! Plenty of room as evidenced by the J-frame 632 carry comp pictured back a few posts

327 federal has a case length of 1.196" while the 357 magnum case length is 1.285"


I am shocked no one has stretched the 32 case to 1.285, equal to the 357 case length. It could be called the 32 Maximum!
Be great in a 16" barrel marlin lever gun!

I’ll give credit to @surjimmy for sending me that video I posted. He sent it to me a couple days ago.

I got to hold and play with the 38 version this weekend. It is a prototype, the very first one made. They gave it to Bryan and he gave it to his dad. Very cool, definitely one that I will own.

I posted in another thread that I picked up a second hand 642 Pro Series yesterday, and though I really want one of these Lipsey guns, I’m starting to question whether the upgrades are really worth 62% more than I paid for the used 642.
