installation of sights

thinking about buying warren rear and dawson on front, who could i take it to get installed and how much?
also if i have an xd 9mm standard 4 inch should i buy the .100 or .125

XD sights are notoriously hard to replace; they are dovetailed so tightly they often cannot be pressed or punched out and usually need cut.
