Hope you guys had a good time at lunch! I was sweating out a PT session ... only one more left -- then I "get" to start doing some weight lifting at the "regular" gym. I'm actually kinda excited to tell ya the truth. I've never been a "gym rat" but the more I do the better I feel. It's kinda addicting ...
