Legal to practice shooting your bow in the neighborhood?

I stand up on my porch and shoot downhill at about 45° at a cube target so its like treestand shot practice and we have privacy fence too

That was me sucka I seen a small fuzzy critter dancing around the yard and it looked soooo tasty ..But alsa I missed it.

In Ponca City it’s only legal to shoot your bow in the city limits if you use the side/back of your home as a backstop behind the hay bales or target block.
