Ah nevermind I just found this.

11.Do I need a special permit or licence to buy your product?
No. Anyone can buy it, but if you plan on adding a stock to it and connecting it to your handgun you should be filing a Form 1 with the ATF because you are turning your handgun into a Short Barreled Rifle (SBR).

12.Is there any way I can avoid the ATF Short Barreled Rifle (SBR) law?
Yes. If you have a 16" (or longer) barrel for your Glock.

That just sucks! $400+ and a long wait to get a stock on your Glock, no thanks.

The only model that this would actually be useful on, is the G18/18C. Other than those, it's just ghey

Yeah I just found that out, thanks though. That would be freakin awesome on a G18. No way for a civ to get ahold of one though since they were made after '86 right?

Actually, since Glock 18's are imported machineguns, it would had to have been imported before 1968 in order to be transferable to civilians. The 1986 ban was on domestically made machineguns. Either way, you are still correct in that there is no way for a civilian to get ahold of one.
