Pole Barn Garage does a "Crackheads" bit on the Marketplace looking for vehicles that are priced WAY too high, then makes fun of them. He ran into one of those "multi-city posts" a while back and reported it.
Facebook doesn't care.
Scammers try to get buyer to send some form of electronic payment or partial payment to "hold" the item until picked up. Then they the "vanish", with your payment.

Spammers and scammers generally aren’t as smart or stealthy as they think they are, and greed is what typically gets people “took” by them. Like was said earlier, if it sounds too good to be true, it more than likely is.
