low light rifle scope

last year for rifle Season the rifle I used (.35 Remington pump) was really good but the scope left me desiring something with better low light performance the scope that on it is an old Simons 3x9x20 or so and when I took my first doe I could barely see her threw my scope so I'm wanting to buy a scope for better all around scope for this up coming deer season

Nikon prostaff scopes are a good compromise between quality and affordability
