I've got some Hungarian heavy ball that shoots more consistantly in all of my 91/30s than the light ball. Wolf/Tula light ball seems to shoot best in my PSL though. YMMV

Hello,

The twist is 1:9.5". The original bullet weight was 212 grains, cupro-nickel plated.

I find mine to really like SMKs and Hornady Match BTHP, but as long as a bullet is uniform over-stabiliztion won't be noticed by the average shooter, or even most excellent shooters. Seems to be when voids and such are present that fast twists really show themselves.

I've not had much luck with jacketed round nose. The bearing surface really heats the barrel and causes a lot of stringing if you don't let the barrel cool for a few minutes between shots.
