Let me get this correct. He was driving...driving 90 miles an hour AND exposes himself??!!

1st. Did he set the cruise control?

2nd. How do you lift yourself up enough to expose yourself or were the women driving higher vehicles to look down on him.

3rd. If I would have seen that I wouldn't know whether to video tape it and send it to Tosh.O....while laughing myself silly. Or, start
applauding him on something that ...to me...takes some skill and dexterity while going 90 miles an hour!!!
