Police in Washington State get theft suspect from jail to help them hotwire victim's RV

So the police were trying to help a woman get her RV started so she could drive it home (it had been stolen and had damaged steering column).
They were having trouble getting it started so they went to the jail and got a guy that knew how to do it -- because he is the bleeping bleep of a bleep who was allegedly caught selling the stolen RV.
The dude in the orange jumpsuit apparently had no trouble telling the owner how to jumpstart her RV.

It used to be so easy to "hotwire" A fifty Chevy or so year. Just take a chewing gum wrapper and reach under the dash and put it on the switch posts and go!
