anyone else losing money fast? I used this as an opportunity to clean house and sell everything that wasn't green today. Ill be ready to buy in when things start trending up.

I have learned a lot in the past year of trading and many of my positions were entered with no real reason other than "this biotech company could soar any minute"...all of that needed to go anyway. Im done investing in stuff I have no clue about. Really enjoying watching all of this unfold. Trump blames the fed, talking heads blame the trade war, curious to see how low it will go.

I've always wanted to invest in the market, but know absolutely nothing about it. I take it that this isn't a good time to get a "learning experience".

I've always heard the right way to do it is to buy low and sell high, not the other way around.

My HSA linked account is still in the green. My personal account, not so much, but I just re-positioned most of it recently so it's basically "new". But it's still less than 5% so far. I'm not worried.
