Marlin Golden 39A Mountie - JM Stamped- Mfg. 1969 -> Rare 20" Barrel (some call this the Carbine Model )

It breaks my heart to sell this Beauty- BUT- due to Carpal Tunnel & Arthritis, it hurts to cycle a Lever Action Gun. Therefore it is time to let someone that can shoot this Classic Beauty enjoy it.
*This gun will cycle .22 Shorts, .22Longs, .22Long Rifles Flawlessly.
*Old School Quality Leather Sling.
*$20 Japanese Scope - I had planned to take it off, but it is included for the buyer to decide.
*BTW-> I forgot to mention this is the First Break-Down Rifle in History- a screw on the Right side of the receiver allowes this to break down to 2 BackPack pieces- This is another advantage to this 20" barrel.
Many say this is THE most accurate .22 ever built.
This Rifle holds the record as the Longest Produced ever made
The metal is Pristine, except for a small mark (safe rash) on the Right Side of the Barrel (See Pix), and the American Black Walnut Stock is Perfect- Except for a Somewhat darker area on the underside at the Tang (See Pix) - my guess is at some time too much oil was used and caused this stain.
Cash Is King
I am just off I-35 about 20 miles South of Kansas -But I do get around the state on a regular basis. Plus- I may be able to make a Drive to meet a buyer--> Terry -> (Five 8 Zero) Six 7 Zero-Zero 3 Five 7--> TEXT is Best
