Morning guys ... I hate "customer service" reps. Sigh ... It's a long story but the Cliff Notes are I ordered a 3 piece sectional and only got 2 pieces and they are "out of stock". How does that happen??

It's not funny but I seen it happen. Someone orders same set then gets one piece damaged in shipment. They replace it out of last set in stock that they show in inventory. Happened to a friend, they had to order different set because it was not only out of stock but discontinued.
