anyone else have one of these, i have my grandpas i got this last summer. just got it cleaned up, looks great to me anyways. i love shooting it but i hate how the mag lets the rims of the rounds overlap and jams up, plus i really really want a rail for it. i emailed weaver asking the simple question of which rail or scope mount i need to order for this gun, and after a week, have herd no reply.

so, 1 anyone have one of these that can tell me what the mount would be so i can order it.

and 2, what site can i trust online to order a fresh mag, or can i fix the old stamped mag somehow to make it stop overlapping the rims?

There is no such thing as a "rail" for it.
You can either use a weaver #2 side mount
or have the barrel drilled and tapped and use 1 weaver #12 mount and 1- #16 mount.
The gun was originally drilled for a 3/4 in tube side scope mount on the receiver area. the #2 weaver holes should line up.

you should be able to buy these local.
also the mag should be available local made by triple K mfg.

Some people don't like them but Dong's should have both items
and probably cheaper than ordering online and paying shipping.

If you just gots ta order online Brownell's is where to go.
