My very first conceal carry weaponn

Before I introduce my new toy! I would like to thank everyone on here to helped me with tips and advice on my very first handgun! Especially my brother (outan24) he helped me out more then you could imagine! It may be more then a "starter" would buy, however I did purchase the gun I felt comfortable holding and truely love!

Here she is,y very first conceal weapon, kimber super carry pro in .45 cal!

Congratulations on your purchase. That gun fit your budget you posted? Did you buy it used?

It was a little more then I posted! But I the key was that I got what I really wanted!

I would recommend putting a couple hundred rounds through it before you carry it. Also check and make sure whatever self defense ammo you buy feeds right. 1911s can be finicky on ammo, especially hollow points.

Won't be taking my conceal carry class until the end of feb! So I got plenty of time to play with it! Goin to shoot it tomorrow!

Good gun to start with. Congrats! Oh yeah, two words to the wise: Summer Special (as in Milt Sparks Summer Special II IWB holster).

My wife has the same gun. Good choice. I'm TOO good with 1911's so I had to stop shooting them and sold mine. Hahaha.
