Need a 9MM round made inert for wearing

I have a live 9MM round that I've had in a junk drawer for ten years that has sentimental value. Is there anyone in the OKC metro who reloads or would be willing to make it safe to wear on a necklace? I've also got two .40 S&W rounds I could do too. Thanks.

Pull the bullet, dump the powder, fire the primer, reset the bullet and drill the case.

FYI, even if it is inert, TSA will not let you fly with it. Ask me how I know.....

I used to have an oooold Herters 44 round on my key chain, and after the first trip to the airport, it now sits in a drawer at home.

Its easy, I did it for a friend with some 9mm bullets he wanted to add to his motorcycle vest.
