Need checkering work done on a stock

I have a friend that just got a Mauser action in 7x57 that his dad sporterized for him. He has a maple stock that needs some basic checkering done in the grip and forearm.

Any suggestions? Prefer OKC or further south.

I even contacted the gunsmithing program at MSC. No reply. Surely someone does stock work in Oklahoma....
