Read this on CNN this morning. It amazing he wasn't charged for negligence after 4 people were injured when his 9mm discharged in his pocket after he was "playing" with it.

Not yet at least, the DA will review the case and could still bring charges. Plus if there aren't any crimminal charges, you know he will have civil issues to deal with.

As the event was just yesterday evening according to the article, I would not expect charges to be filed, yet. It takes a bit of fact-collecting in the AM hours before the DA can review and determine what charges to file (which can vary by venue, naturally).

Civil suits usually aren't filed until treatment is completed, medical bills are totaled, and special and general damages calculated.
