Glad they got your gun returned to you fairly quickly. However, it sucks that you're experience with Kahr was far from stellar. I don't own one and probably never will. I trust my life to GLOCK. Always have and always will. I've carried GLOCKs on duty and as my off duty weapon. I have never had a single problem with any of them.
