Matrix arms makes several keymod handguards in the $50-60 range that are quite nice. I recently installed their 13" Victor keymod low profile handgusrd on a newly built AR with a 20" barrel. Looks great and keeps the digits from getting hot. Doesn't rotate on its barrel nut and needs no special tools to install. They are on my short list of good quality, great price handguards.

That one looks identical to one of the ones I got, and is in the same pricerance. They may source from the same place I got mine from. Except mine has T-markings. The one on their website doesn't look like it has them, but the ones they're shipping may have them.
