New Orleans Fishing Guide Recommendations???

A buddy and I will be going to New Orleans the 2nd weekend of March for a work conference. We would like to do some bay fishing for Specks and Reds. Does anyone have a recommendation on a good guide in the area? When you look online there are tons of guides and without knowing anything about any of them it is very hard to choose. Thanks

We have decided to go onto Gulf Shores AL after out conference and spend the week. I am now trying to research whether inshore fishing is better in March around NOLA or Gulf Shores. Anyone have any recommendations or used a guide at either one of these areas?
