I guess the NG doesn't allow its troops to carry with their M4s ready to rock. What is up with that?

They should confiscate all the firearms too. Only military and police should have firearms after a hurricane.

Post Katrina they did, my former supervisor was down there with the national guard. They liked to taunt the federal troops and offer them a bullet for their cool berets since the regular army were not allowed to carry ammo during that time.
