Just picked this up this afternoon. I had an unexpected wait, so I was all read up on how to color the engravings in, and did it in about fifteen minutes:

I ordered it through a local FFL who does business out of his home and who doesn't live within any city limits. So it was $599 plus 5.?% sales tax. H&H has it for $619, and I've seen it at Gander Mountain in Texas for $699, so I'm pretty happy with my price.

That was my first competition gun. I shot limited with it and really enjoyed it. I got a trigger job, a recoil spring and guide rod and it was ready to go. Without the mag extensions its a better production gun, though.

No, once my permit arrives, I plan on carrying it.
