Lots of good info here for you. I want to see some pics of your project. Would love to do an old Ford pickup with a newer DOHC engine and crown vic front end. Good luck and keep us updated.

Fast and loud did one awhile back. The Crown Vic front suspension will work on a 70's F-150. Just dont try it on a 64 dodge pickup.

I dont know if the cobra H/C/I are any different from the Mark VIII stuff. That may be something to look into.

I would think at least the cams and intake are different. Heads are probably the same though.
