News 9's Dana Hertneky was investigating a tip Monday and discovered confidential information such as canceled checks laying unsecured behind a closed Oklahoma City gun shop.

I am hoping the gun shop gets in serious trouble for that.It wouldn't be very comforting knowing your credit card numbers and bank account numbers were in that pile.

I didn't listen to the whole thing--the video kept skipping for me--but I heard reference to canceled checks, credit card numbers, etc. Those don't go to ATF.

Can somebody who was able to watch the whole thing elaborate? Were there 4473's mentioned, or just "records?"
