She was the birth mom of the two people she married. She had children with her son. But, in reality there were two young people that wanted to meet their mother. She twisted their need to be loved into a sexual situation. Therefore, I would say the children she had with her son are victims and her son and daughter are also victims. Just because someone is an adult does not mean they don't have issues from their childhood, especially if their mother deserted them. They needed her hugs and support to be healthy adults. Instead she had sex with them.
Her other son gave an interview where he said that all of the kids were excited to meet their mother. But, the first thing the mother did was try to get into in brothers pants.

You have framed this very well and exposed the fallacy of the "it hurts no one" argument. She has wrecked the mental health and emotional well-being of her children. The woman also is clearly mentally ill since she is apparently a serial...whatever you would call this.

We discussed this topic in class yesterday. However, most of the students decided that it is an equal protection issue, 14th Amendment. If an incestuous heterosexual couple (even if not children are born) can be prosecuted because of the off spring are victims then you have to prosecute homosexual couples too.

Not really, inbreeding can cause a host of genetic issues with children. Homosexual couples for obvious reasons don't have this issue. I guess people could go back and forth on the social issue comparison between the two, but I'm not seeing the comparison as apples to apples. The genetic component blows the argument out of the water IMO.
