The article sounds like it's worded purposely to get people in an uproar. :drooling:

“To be fair to everyone and avoid disrupting the dining experience for all other guests, they’re unable to accommodate flags or banners of any type in the dining room,” according to the statement.

It's a company policy that they don't want big things messing with their decor (I guess). An American Flag just happens to be one of the things they don't allow. It's not that they are singling out the flag, like that article is worded.

Eh, whatever.

Olive garden is meh anyway.

Now that the usual crowd has vented their spleen, I will not be going back to an Olive Garden because of this. It is their right now to fly the flag but to tell a group like this they can not have one because it might offend other dinners is stupid and offensive to me.


Besides I do not like their food either and this gives me an excuse for when the wife wants to go there.

I agree with Rick^^^^^^
