My very first "paying" job was sacking groceries at the local grocery store. I started off making $2.85 an hour and after 6 months, I got a 15 cent an hour raise to 3 bucks!

I remember when gas went above 20 cents, my dad was p!ssed.

When I started mowing lawns to make some summer cash, I made 50 to 75 cents a yard. The yards in the suburbs then were a bit larger than they are today.
