If you bore easily of plain water, check out http://www.truelemon.com/true-lemon. It's just crystallized lemon. One packet is equal to one lemon wedge. They have lime and orange, too. They also have lemonade and limeade packets, but these contain sugar and Stevia. Still natural products, but counterproductive if you're trying to get off the sweets.
You can buy it at Homeland and Wal Mart, according to their site. I buy 100 packs off Amazon for like $15. I put one or two into a 16.9oz bottle of water and I'm good to go. They last forever. Good to cook with, too.
