I keep mine simple...1/2 cup brown sugar, couple tablespoons of salt and pepper, and some parika. Done.

Or if I'm lazy, Dillo Dust........or if I'm really lazy I just let the smoke provide all the flavor.

Quick, Easy and Good

3 parts Head Country Seasoning
1 part Worchestershire Sauce
1 part Liquid Smoke

Makes a paste, cover ribs, not too heavy, but covered. Smoke at low heat until the bones fall out.......

Must be from "NEWYORKCITY".

I like just plain salt and pepper. After the ribs are done brush on the secret sauce.

Secret Sauce,

Brown sugar, mustard and beer. Mix together, heat until everything is dissolved.
