It’s not even a waste of money thing—I don’t want to put any money into that cesspool of a system.

We were still at the OSBI when they implemented the lottery here in OK. The agency's PIO decided that when the time came for the awards dinner, everyone needed to have a lottery ticket. The wife and I, not wanting to even participate, gave our tickets to someone else.
