I'm sorry for your loss...it can be hard....... I lost my mother on Tuesday the 8th of this month....I'll be praying for both you and yours and my family to temper the loss.

Prayers for all who knew him.

Stay close to family and friends and watch for signs of depression. I lost my mother back in the '90's and didn't know that it had affected me as it did. My wife noticed that I stayed quiet a lot and didn't engage with people very much. She convinced me to talk to our doctor, and he asked me a bunch of questions, one of which was "had I lost interest in things that I used to enjoy."

After answering his questions, he was certain that I had some degree of depression, but it wasn't really bad.
