I doubt it. This is modern, a different era that is all about inclusiveness and PC. If Clancy was to write a book now it probably be how we got our arses handed to us.

Tom Clancy would have an interesting time with what our military is now

Who cares? It’s a fictional character. I care about as much as what superhero would win in a fight.
