I sold a Howa 1500 in .223 with a cheap scope a few years back for $400 if I remember correctly. It was a blued version though, not stainless like yours. I paid around $450 for it new.

So if I am being honest, I have no idea what they are valued. I do know what I would be willing to pay though if that helps... The Howa and scope would get $500 from me.
