RCBS Dies Green vs Gray

I'm new to this loading stuff and have been looking on eBay and amazon for stuff and you would be surprised at what you can learn by looking at stuff fort sale. Anyway, I have noticed that RCBS sells dies in Green boxes and Gray boxes and these are usually noted in an ad when someone is selling. What is the difference?

The only gray box RCBS dies I've seen are for carbide dies for straight wall handgun cartridges.

My RCBS dies are in green boxes if they are "regular" dies, and gray if they are carbide. Not sure if that is their standard, though.

The best that I can tell is that the box color doesn't mean a thing. I have two sets of carbide dies in green boxes. I also have another 3 sets of carbide dies in gray boxes.
