You can't go wrong with the Remington. If a 11-87 is available, get it over the 1100 so you can chamber 3" shells.
You cannot go wrong with any Beretta or Benelli. I shoot skeet with a Cordoba with no problems. Barrel length is a personal choice of feel when you get past 24". Many use up to 30" for skeet. Velocity is reached way before the end of the barrel and choke determines pattern, not barrel length, for the most part. It all about budget.
