What powders are everyone using for 55gr to 70gr bullets. Varget is impossible to find for me, have found some reloader 15. Any recommendations to reload with? Anyone seeing any powder anywhere?
RL 15 works.
I have used H322, Benchmark, and IMR 4895 for those bullet weights without issue. I will add the caveat that I am loading for an AR at service rifle pressures so this may not apply to you.

I am reloading to have something to target shoot with. I am shooting thru a 1/7 twist barrel and one with 1/8, avg distance shooting is 100 yards. May load up some for hunting for the 1/7 twist rifle in future. It looks like the days of going out a shooting 500 rounds may be over.

Now that is a powder i cannot find and would love to try.
Graf & Sons gets it, you just have to backorder it and wait till the next truck.
They are listing everything on their site as being backordered or out of stock but are still filling orders just fine for me.
It does take about 3 to 4 weeks but patience pays.
