Here is a Remington XP-100 that I just finished, in 6mm Bench Rest...

A butt stock can be added to this gun, to allow it to be shot as a rifle, if one were so inclined to do so...

Even on a very bad day, this rig has the potential to shoot groups under 1/2" @ 200 yds. and not even think twice about it...

beautiful!
did you custom make the stock?

I've an unfinished XP100 in .22-250 with match barrel that needs a stock and trigger group.

Thank you.

No, I did not make the stock. I have never seen a stock like this one before. My customer sent it in for the build.

I replaced the center trigger with a more "normal" trigger and adjusted it to a very crisp 8 ounces...

This gun belongs to a female target shooter, who is quite proud of her new gun...

thanks .. here's my XP100 that sorely needs a stock and trigger group
with the full length 27in match barrel 22-250 .. I'm thinking full stock
but after looking at Accurate pistol chassis for XP100 with rear stock add-on should work fine.

what's the length of your barrel? it looks like right at 18.25in

Since this pistol will be used in competition, the effective barrel length is 15 15/16" long, plus the addition of the muzzle brake makes the overall barrel length 17 1/2"...

hmm to me it doesn't make sense not to make it slightly over 18in vs getting a SBR before one can use rear stock.
if pistol competition specifies specific lengths then it's pretty well decided for that setup.

thanks for posting this .. now I'm considering cutting my barrel followed by turning/crowning on my lathe to 18.25 in.
now I've got to get over shelling out $525 for a stock?

When I saw the post about a butt stock on a XP 100 that sounded like a NFA problem , Rem come out with the 700 action on the XP first to avoid NFA problems about a pistol built with a rifle action ,or has things change after the TC contener question was settled?
