I am looking to get a revolver and think that the Taurus ones look "cool," however I am a semi-auto guy and don't know much about wheel guns, are Taurus revolver's any good? I like them because they look really bulky and solid. I also saw that S&W make an M&P revolver, is that any good? It kind of has that bulky tacti-cool look to it, the down side is that it is really expensive. What do you all think? Any suggestions?

If your going to keep it, then by all means get a Taurus. They make great revolvers, but their resale sucks. If you plan on selling it down the road then get a Smith.
