Shipping primed hulls

I need a reference to the post office requirements relating to shipping primed hulls. Have sold a few, and will deprime them if necessary before shipping.

If you did it, got questioned, and said "criticalbass said it was okay," they probably wouldn't be overly impressed. So, links to the rule would be nice. I am looking too, and will post anything I find here. CB

However, you can ship UPS or FedEx, aka Common Carriers, no problem.
