What handgaurd is that on your AMD? Will you be picking up the cheek riser for it, IMO it the best $35 you can spend on that rifle!
It says "I.O. Inc. USA" on it. The factory guard is metal(hot) and the factory grips sucks. I will be adding a front grip to the rail. As for the wire cheek riser, that's a tough one. I like the riser but it interferes with the action when the stock is folded. If you ever want to shoot with the stock closed, you can't use the riser.
The riser does not interfere with the action. Mine is paracord wrapped which keeps the stock (when closed) far enough from the receiver to allow the safety to be accessed.
I have an FEG AMD I put a MI Quad rail on it and an ace stock with Krebs adapter and folding mechanism makes an awesome ak
