Well, after the mainspring swap and a little trigger time, I think the Sig will have a place to stay for awhile. I haven't tried to go for distance grouping yet, maxed out at about 7 yards offfhand, but maybe this weekend if the weather permits. Something about the gun just feels right in the hand, and concealed carry is easy, almost like it isn't there. Now I just have to get a front night sight in the CORRECT height or maybe a fiber optic flavor. After reading reviews on the various brands of sights out there for the pistol, I have some concerns about possibly changing the POI vs POA on the gun. It hits where I aim now, so I might just have to live with the black on black pattern....I did put a bit of white paint on the front sight for contrast, but for a carry gun, I think it should have an improved sighting arrangement. Any experiences with aftermarket sights for these dudes?

I've been putting green fiber optic front sights on several of my Sig's.

Here's my Sig P29 with green front optic sight

They really jump out for my aging eyes.

Great for daytime - don't help at night.
