So I installed the MCARBO spring kit for my 442 and HOLY COW. What an improvement. I am excited to get it to the range and see how it performs.

For $14.95, the reduction and smoothness of the trigger is hard to beat.

Oh yeah, dude. I got one of those a few months ago for my 642. That paired with VZ grips made my gun a dream.

Install is fairly easy I’d say.

You need to shoot it before carrying it to make sure you don’t get light primer strikes. I’ve had a couple guns with problems and had to put the factory hammer spring back in.

Very easy. Watch the video in the link and take your time. I was able to complete in no time at all and only had one part go flying across the room

I used the apex spring kit in the two 642s we have and the kits made them a dream to shoot.

Good to hear the MCARBO kits work just as good.

Zero issues with mine in a 642. Much better!
