Smith & Wesson Model 43 C

The picture in the OP is of a 38 caliber model 40. I couldn't get the picture of the 43 C on the S&W website, so I copied the Model 40 from a website that I am fairly familiar with.

Anyway, here is a picture of the 43 C:
