So one of my guns is for sale on Armslist..... And I'm not the one selling it.....

I had a gun listed on GB that I pulled off Saturday. I was on armslist this morning, and there is my gun! With MY picture! For sale for $400 less than I was wanting on GB! NOT. MY. AD. So I flagged it as a scam and sent an email to armslist with the link and all the particulars about 8 hours ago. It's still on there. I even sent the guy an email asking if it's still for sale, and just got a reply that it is.


What should my next step be?

It doesn't sound like a coincidence but maybe he just used your photo for his gun.

Shine him on. Tell him you're interested and try to get information out of him and then turn that in to Armslist.

It's my gun, my ad, and my gun is a one of a kind. I thought about taking a picture of me WITH the gun in one hand and my middle finger on the other, and telling him it's hard for him to still have it when obviously IN MY HAND.

You should reply with interest. See where is goes, then inform the local authorities. Its possible its a bait to rob someone.
