For Abodies only mopar forum has a yearly Gold Membership for $35 which gives you discounts and special access only to certain forums. Something like this works great for them perhaps would work here as well?

There are a few forms out there that you pay your fee in order to do buisness in the classifieds & other areas of the form $12 i think are a couple I am on which is a dollar a month & keeps some of the rif raff out
