Sprouts for prepping????

I have never seen mention of anyone storing mung bean seed, alfalfa seed or other types of seed to use for sprouting. Sprouting is easy to do, takes only a few days and most sprouts are high in vitamins and protein.

Any thoughts?

ive always loved alfafa sprouts even when I was a kid. I need to get some sprouting stuff and try this.
